Just like a flower in a bottonhole, the happy recipients of the medal for long service of the SOGAFRIC Group approached their rewards with much pride following last Friday's ceremony in the SODIM TP's premises at the Oloumi insdutrial estate : 17 were awarded a medal for 20 years of long and honourable service, while other 15 received a medal for a decade of professional experience.

Since the group is a consortium made up of several companies : SODIM TP, SOGAFRIC Services, SOGI, ELECTRA, TOYOTA Gabon, GESPARC and KOMO Gestion, it is the high society that stormed the venue of the event attended by representatives of the Ministry of labour, employment and vocational training.
Jean-Claude MOUKAGNI, Head of the Labour department, reminded that this honour was neither more nor less than the acknowledgement of the quality of an employee's work and years of loyalty to the company illustrated by days of hard work shared between joys and troubles which have characterized the performance of the tasks assigned to every employee. |

It was both a motive for satisfaction and a sign of encouragement towards the recipients who, despite everything, have managed to forge ahead in their respective careers. Jean-Claude MOUKAGNI urged the happy recipients to be more dynamic for sustaining their work tool which is vital to the national economy.
The path worthy of all companies of the SOGAFRIC group is the result of the entire firm's success in terms of balance sheet. Which is evidence of its top management's business acumen and managerial skills, as they are concerned with the self-fulfilment, by dint of hard work, of all those people composing it whose leitmotiv remains the preservation of jobs.

For his part, Romain BOUTONNET, deputy managing director of the Compagnie du KOMO, highlighted the various group entities' excellent health. He also outlined the whole group's prospects focused on a harmonious development for all the activities in which each one of them is now engaged. Fundamentally, it is about coping with the ill effects inherent in the cyclical difficulties which spare no company. |
In the same stride, the new "Sogafricans" having been confirmed in their respective posts for over one year, were addressed words of encouragement by the general management. And, as usual, each one of them was given three balloons as a token of welcome into this large family : symbol of the spirit of conviviality and brotherhood that the managers strive to keep within it. |
