The Realty Project of Malabo

SOGAFRIC Group, via the Compagnie du Rio established in Equatorial Guinea, has initiated a realty project in Malabo which aims to diversify its activities in this economically growing country.

The project hinges on the construction of accommodations on a site of 40,000 m² provided with two electric generators, a wastewater treatment plant complying with environmental standards as well as a borehole equipped with a water-treatment facility supplying villas with water.

The first phase of the work was completed in late 2006 : 6 villas together with 8 studio apartments are now completed.
The villas are air-conditionned with fully equipped kitchens.

All the villas are supplied with electricity and water, with servicing of gardens and air condition fully covered, which makes it a definitely considerable plus for tenants.

As part of this 5.4-km-large realty project, Sogafric Services was entrusted with the construction of :
- an energy platform composed of two 350-kVA generators placed in containers
- an electrical power supply network
- an automatic drill-water-treatment plant
- a fire station composed of an overpressure generator, a buried network, post hydrants and fire-hose stations
- a state-of-the-art water-treatment plant with effluent treatment.

Those operations were finalized in the course of June 2006.
