SALES REPRESENTATIVE

General presentation

 

The SOGAFRIC Group deploys its commercial activity in very diversified sectors : automobiles, civil engineering and logging machinery, refrigeration and air conditioning, household appliances, office IT equipment, forestry …


Missions
 

(place in the hierarchical structure, main tasks, interdepartmental relations, responsibilities,…)

At a general level, is responsible for the follow-up of client files and, as such : follows up the client portfolio : follow-up and canvassing of new customers,

  • Draws up customer contact cards,
  • Is in charge of all administrative matters (preparation of orders, delivery, monitoring of suppliers' orders, transit operations, invoicing…),
  • Is in close contact with the commercial department and the accounting department for the follow-up of loan repayment schedules,

Is placed under the hierarchical authority of the sales manager.


Profile

Required qualifications : Higher education (A-level + 2 years).
Requested knowledge : Bureautics, transit - customs clearance and English.
Requested personal abilities : Interpersonal skills, team work, organization and method.
Requested behaviour : discretion, good presentation, courteousness, availability and integrity.
