ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

General presentation

 

The SOGAFRIC Group deploys its commercial activity in very diversified sectors : automobiles, civil engineering and logging machinery, refrigeration and air conditioning, household appliances, office IT equipment, forestry …


Missions

(place in the hierarchical structure, main tasks, interdepartmental relations, responsibilities,…)

At a general level, ensures the admistrative management of the commercial function and, as such :

  • Draws up operating reports,
  • Designs procedures for monitoring customers,
  • Follows up mail orders,
  • Updates contracts with salespersons,
  • Tidies up and sees to the upkeep of the showroom,
  • Contributes to the assessment of the market and competitors on the basis of statistics provided to him/her.

Is placed under the hierarchical authority of the sales manager.

Required qualifications : Higher education (A-level + 2 years). Specialization : Sales techniques and marketingRequested knowledge : Bureautics and good practical knowledge of EnglishRequested personal abilities : Interpersonal skills, method and organization, reporting capacity.
Requested behaviour : discretion, good presentation, integrity.
