ACCOUNTANT

General presentation

 

This sector of activity comprises all the customary professions of finance, management control, cash flow management…


Missions
 

(place in the hierarchical structure, main tasks, interdepartmental relations, responsibilities,…)

At a general level, is capable of controlling and overseeing all accounting operations assigned to him/her. In this regard, he/she

  • checks the concordance between general accounts and auxiliary accounts,
  • prepares the accounting tables and their notes,
  • ensures the accuracy of accounting entries,
  • oversees the periodical settlement of accounts,
  • checks the personnel's payroll,
  • organises the work of the accounting team, participates in their training and assesses their performances.

Is placed under the authority of the Chief accountant.

Required qualifications : Higher education : BTS in accountancy, good knowledge of business data processing and specialised softwares
Requested personal abilities : method and organization, sense of responsibilities, good relational quality.
Requested behaviour : discretion, availability, rigour, reliability, self-possession.
