STOREKEEPER

 

General presentation

 

The SOGAFRIC Group deploys its commercial activity in very diversified sectors : automobiles, civil engineering and logging machinery, refrigeration and air conditioning, household appliances, office equipment, forestry …


Missions
 

(place in the hierarchical structure, main tasks, interdepartmental relations, responsibilities,…)

Agent responsible for supplies, subject to the users' needs, and the management of inventory. In close collaboration with the store manager, he/she :

  • ensures the issuing of goods from the store based on requests from customers (both internal and external),
  • draws up restocking notes according to the status of stocks,
  • takes delivery of goods which he/she stores after checking their compliance with orders (numbers and references).

Is placed under the authority of the Store Manager.

Required qualifications : Secondary education. Basic knowledge of English (for making sense of catalogs); good kwnoledge of Office IT
Requested personal abilities : , method, organization, good relational quality (must be able to acquire rapid knowledge of the goods in store)
Requested behaviour : rigour, integrity.
