ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCIAL MANAGER

General presentation

Missions
 

(place in the hierarchical structure, main tasks, interdepartmental relations, responsibilities,…)

At a general level, is in functional contact with the Group's accounting and financial manager and reports to the company's managing director. Is in charge of all the functions of accounting, finance, management control, general administation. As such, at financial level,

  • Is in charge of bookkeeping,
  • Draws up the balance sheets as well as the income statement in comliance with the deadlines,
  • Ensures the quality and reliability of the company's accounting and financial information,
  • Checks all accounting, tax and social statements,
  • Ensures the collection of recoverable debts,
  • Values inventories,
  • Summarizes the company's financial analyses,
  • Manages cash flow,
  • Draws up key financial indicators and ensures their follow-up. Is the human resources correspondent – a federal service of SOGAFRIC Group – draws up and verifies the personnel's payroll in accordance with the methods, standards and procedures applicable in the SOGAFRIC Group,
    At the administrative level.
    Assists the Managing Director in the social relations with the staff representatives. In terms of the management control,
  • Produces economic activity tables,
  • Analyses margins by type of activity,
  • Prepares budgets collaboratively with the heads of department whom he assists in follow-up, Regarding the information and organization system,
    Is the company's focal point for the implementation of the computer applications agreed upon in the Group.

Profile
 

( Requested knowledge, expected skills, education, …)

Required qualifications : Higher education DESS ( postgraduate diploma lasting one year) level, certified public accountant degree, a 5-to-10-years' experience is necessary .
Valued knowledge : AS 400, ANAEL and SYSPER, proficiency in English both verbal and written .
Requested personal abilities : integration in a structured group, good relational and negotiation skills.
Requested behaviour : rigour, faithfulness, discretion, be hard-working.
