The SOGAFRIC Group deploys its activities in industry, boilwork, electricity, refrigeration and air conditioning, car and industrial mechanics (welding, milling…).

(place in the hierarchical structure, main tasks, interdepartmental relations, responsibilities,…)

At a general level, is responsible for repairing domestic electrical appliances (TV, audio, hi-fi). In this regard he :

• Prepares the daily activity report and reports any potential problem encountered during repair work
• Ensures the in-shop or in-situ repair of equipment
• Communicates his service record to the administrative assitant for possible invoicing
• Manages his stock of spare parts

Is placed under the authority of the sales manager.

Required qualifications : BTS in electrotechnics
Desired knowledge: Information technology, English (reading of technical documents).
Requested personal abilities : Teamwork, relations with customers, be service-minded.
Requested behaviour : Organization, rigour, courteousness, presentation.
