PROCUREMENT TECHNICIAN

General presentation

 

The SOGAFRIC Group deploys its commercial activity in very diversified sectors : automobiles, civil engineering and logging machinery, refrigeration and air conditioning, household appliances, office IT equipment, forestry …


Missions
 

(place in the hierarchical structure, main tasks, interdepartmental relations, responsibilities,…)

At a general level, is charged with the management of procurement:

  • Draws up orders while ensuring the optimal management of the inventory of products he is in charge of,
  • Monitors stock entries and issues while limiting to a maximum excessive inventories,
  • Ensures that the storekeeper does his job well and that spare parts are well stored,
  • Ensures the procurement of spare parts for all new products,
  • Controls the pricing of parts and products,
  • Effects the customs clearance of ordered equipment and parts.

Is placed under the hierarchical authority of the company manager.

Required qualifications : Higher education (A-level + 2 years).
Specialization : procurement, sales
Requested knowledge : Transit - customs clearance, English and bureautics
