Being and remaining an African Group
The Compagnie du Komo is an African Group whose present day's activities are mostly run in Gabon . While strengthening its position in Gabon , the Group is determined to progressively expand its field of operation towards all the States of the Economic Community of Central African States and Angola .

Harnessing of technologies, quality of cutomer service together with the pursuit of ambitious profitability and productivity targets, all hinge upon the competence and motivation of the Group's men and women. Participating in the Group's earnings ensures that every one receives the deserved reward for their performance.

 

Important investments designed to improve the framework and work tool are made every year. The in-house training centre is evidence of the will to provide all the personnel with sustained and appropriate vocational training as well as genuine career prospects. The Group's newsletter, Ensemble , together with the newsflashes are also illustrative of the importance the Group attaches to internal communication.

Information system
The Compagnie du Komo acquired in 1998 a new information system whose architecture was designed to optimize the consolidation, dissemination and processing of information within and among the Group and affiliates.

All the entities, which are operating on the basis of AS 400 equipment, are provided with servers interconnected by a fiber optics network.

The accounting and management systems are unified and characterized by a high degree of security and automaticity (system for translating events into accounting entries).
In order to ensure a perfect synergy between the Group's various companies, several communication tools have been put in place : e-mail and electronic management of mails, workflow and project federation.
