Last November, 19th, SOGAFRIC GROUP’s chairman and managing director, Christian KERANGALL announced the launch of the “golden week” to celebrate the fifty years of the Group’s presence in Gabon.

Created in 1957, SOGAFRIC GROUP has 1, 050 employees nowadays divided up among nine companies which generate an annual turnover of 119 million euros.

Specialized at the beginning in soap manufacturing, SOGAFRIC GROUP is now involved in various activities such as the dealership and maintenance of automobiles, forestry machines and trucks, steel framework, industrial refrigeration, household appliances, furniture and forestry exploitation.

The Group also has several shares in the banking and insurance services and in new technologies as well.

The press conference also gave Mr. KERANGALL the opportunity to announce the creation of two new fields of competence that will enable the group to better meet its customers’ demands and thus provide much more competitive services.
